Richard V Westlake, President

Richard has more than 30 years experience in both field construction and shop operations in the natural gas pipeline and compressor station sectors, nuclear construction, automotive, petrochemical, and industrial sectors.
He has successfully conceptualized, designed, and implemented a number of fabrication facilities start-ups, along with nuclear, quality, gas pipeline and petrochemical construction and fabrication programs.
Richard is currently the Chairman of the Canadian Pipe Fabricators Association and Trustee of the UA Canadian & International Training Trust Fund.



Dave Westlake, Manager, Projects and Planning

Dave has over 20 years of Project Management and supervisory experience in both field Construction and Industrial Fabrication, managing a wide range of projects, some valued upwards from $50 million.
Along with his Project Management experience, Dave holds his Certificate of Qualification for both Steam Fitter and Gas Piping Fitter.



Mike Frank, Manager, Fabrication Services

Mike has 27 years experience in the Fabrication and Mechanical industry, managing and supervising various custom steel fabrication, piping, plumbing and gas fitting projects.
Mike is a WSIB Certified member, proficient in all GMAW, SMAW, SAW, FCAW and GTAW and a Certified CWB welding supervisor. He holds his Interprovincial Certificate of Qualification in Fitting and a Certificate of Qualification Gas Piping Fitter.



Ted Gamble, Manager, Business Development

Ted is a registered Professional Engineer (Mechanical) in Ontario with more than 35 years experience in the fossil utility boiler, nuclear steam generator, gas turbine, petrochemical, mining and industrial sectors. Many of these years have been spent in proposal and supply chain activities handling complex engineered equipment, commodity and contracting scopes.
